Weekly classes listed by venue

Most classes are booked in blocks of up to 6 weeks, aligned with the school terms.  For term dates click here.  For booking and pricing arrangements click here or please get in touch if you would like to join a class.

BOURNVILLE QUAKER MEETING HOUSE 

Monday 5.45-6.45pm: Hatha Yoga: Level 2 

  • Open to all levels; beginners welcome.
  • Asana work with short final relaxation.

Tuesday evenings 7.30-9pm: Hatha Yoga: Level 2 
This class is a drop in session, and payment is made at the start of the class.

  • Open to everyone from January 2020
  • Asana work (1hr) followed by a seated breathing or meditation practice and guided relaxation (1/2 hr).  You may wish to bring a blanket for this,  as well as your mat.

Wednesday 8-9pm: Hatha Yoga: Level 2 

  • Open to all levels; beginners welcome.
  • Asana work with short final relaxation.

Thursday 5.45-6.45pm: Hatha Yoga: Level 2

  • Open to all levels; beginners welcome.
  • Asana work with short final relaxation.
  • This class is not running during Spring 2020

Friday 9.30-10.30am: Hatha Yoga: Level 3

  • Suited to those with some previous experience.
  • Asana work with short final relaxation.

Friday 6 -7pm: Gentle Hatha Yoga: Level 1

  • Easier practice suited to beginners, returners or those just wishing to unwind on a Friday evening.
  • Asana work with seated breathing or meditation practice and short final relaxation.

SELLY OAK QUAKER MEETING HOUSE  

Tuesday mornings 11.15-12.30pm: Gentle Hatha Yoga: Level 1

  • Slightly longer class open to all levels; beginners welcome.
  • Asana work followed by seated breathing or meditation practice and short final relaxation.

Wednesday evenings 6.20-7.20pm: Gentle Hatha Yoga: Level 1

  • Easier practice suited to beginners, returners or those just wishing to unwind with a mindful session.
  • Asana work with emphasis on topics relevant to beginners, plus short final relaxation.
