Weekly classes listed by day of the week

To help you chose the most suitable class, please see the description of the different levels on the FAQs page.  All Friends Meeting House classes are booked in blocks (details and pricing here).  Information on each venue is here.

MONDAY

 5.45-6.45pm: Hatha Yoga: Level 2 Bournville Quaker Meeting House
Open to all levels; beginners welcome.  Asana work with short final relaxation.

TUESDAY

11.15am-12.30pmHatha Yoga: Level 1 Selly Oak Quaker Meeting House
Easier practice suited to beginners and returners.  Asana work with an emphasis on topics relevant to beginners plus seated breathing or meditation practice and short final relaxation.

7.30-9pm: Hatha Yoga: Level 3 Bournville Quaker Meeting House
Drop-in class suited to those with some previous experience, regardless of ‘ability’.  Asana work followed by a seated breathing or meditation practice and guided relaxation.

WEDNESDAY

6.20-7.20pm: Hatha Yoga: Level 1 Selly Oak Quaker Meeting House
Easier practice suited to beginners, returners or those just wishing to unwind with a mindful session.  Asana work with an emphasis on topics relevant to beginners plus short final relaxation.

8-9pm:  Hatha Yoga: Level 2 Bournville Quaker  Meeting House
Open to all levels; beginners welcome.  Asana work with short final relaxation.

THURSDAY

 5.45-6.45pm: Hatha Yoga: Level 2 Bournville Quaker  Meeting House
Open to all levels; beginners welcome.  Asana work with short final relaxation.

FRIDAY

9.30-10.30am: Hatha Yoga: Level 3 Bournville Quaker  Meeting House
Suited to those with some previous experience.  Asana work with short final relaxation.

6 -7pm: Gentle Hatha Yoga: Level Bournville Quaker  Meeting House
Easier practice suited to beginners, returners or those just wishing to unwind on a Friday evening.  Asana work with seated breathing or meditation practice and short final relaxation.
